To me, leadership in general, means taking the initiative.
Don’t wait to see what happens, make things happen.

And I don’t mean just blindly do whatever.

But establish a game plan, put that plan into action, check your results and then make the necessary adjustment.

Leaders in this industry don’t wait for their sponsor or upline to tell them what to do.

Joe great post. Jim Rohn continues to be a source of inspiration for me.
I attended a seminar he did in Denver 6 years ago and was just blown away at his ability to share his story. He was such a genuine down to earth guy who was eager to share his rags to riches experience and the wisdom he had learned.
