MLM Leadership for me was when I ventured off on my own to find the solution for making my business profitable. Taking personal responsibility for my own success. However what I believe to be one of the most important skill sets to have as a leader is the ability to hold one’s self accountable for the actions they must take to product the desired results in their business. A leader takes responsibility for the failures and successes in their business.

It’s not the upline or coaches responsibility to make the persons business successful. Although many believe that’s their role. Of course having a great coach or upline that mentors you in getting actual results is important. But at the end of the day it’s one’s own actions that will dictate the speed of success.
