Ask questions like how long have they been in MLM?, how big is there downline? And how many people do they personally recruit monthly?. If there not willing to share any of this information with you then we suggest you thank them for their time and keep researching.

The reason most is struggling to begin within MLM is because most of the upline’s, they get started with aren’t that successful themselves but are providing MLM mentoring to their team and teaching many strategies that are very ineffective. This doesn’t mean that they can’t help you it just means that it’s your responsibility to find the most successful MLM mentoring you know you deserve. The mentoring you get, does not have to just come from your upline. It could come from anyone that shows you how to do something in your business and it works. You can even have more then one person providing you with MLM mentoring. One may be good at generating leads while another may be good at prospecting. Every person that has seen success in the MLM business or in any business for that matter has had some kind of quality MLM mentoring.
