This is a serious issue that effects all network marketers and direct sales professionals. I first want to say to all former ILearningGlobal reps that it is unfortunate that you were faced with this challenge. I know many leaders in the company, and I just want to say that I believe in all of you. Keep being that leader. Hold your head high and continue to move forward.
ILearningGlobal recently slammed the doors on their reps by giving a 30 day termination notice notifying there reps that their closing the doors on their network marketing division. Many were making large incomes and lost it. ILearningGlobal was the primary source of income for most reps in the company. However there were many reps who understood how important it was for them to master the art of marketing which most lack in network marketing.
The leaders in ILearningGlobal that understand marketing were able to recruit massive amounts of reps into another opportunity of their choice almost over night and in doing so, picked up were they left off and produced that very nice income that they originally lost. How many reps out there can say they could do the same in a similar situation? Not many! How were they able to do this? First, they never panicked and lost control. Secondly, they have been building relationships as well as, providing value to their own data base of thousands of targeted prospects that they control.
Understand that most network marketers own a distributorship and not a business. The only time you really own your business is when you have your own database of prospects under your control. This way if a network marketing company closes there doors or changes the compensation plan, it won’t really matter so much. Having you own data base of customers is the equity in your business and keeps it secure. The bigger, the data base, the more equity you have.
Also what these few master marketers understood was how important it is to be generating multiple streams of income in their business. This way if one income stops producing (I.E. A Network Marketing Company Shutting There Doors On Their Reps) then the business can keep producing cash flow. This is your safety net to secure your business growth. I hope by now you can see how critical it is too master some marketing in your business and more importantly, why you should learn how to build your own customer data base that you control. Otherwise there’s always that chance that you will wake up one day, and find out that you just lost some or all your income over night just like what happed to those tremendous leaders in ILearningGlobal.
The ILearningGlobal reps that will most likely feel the most pain from this situation are the one’s, that haven’t had the opportunity to learn these marketing secrets that a select few in network marketing understand.
